Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Little Rock is seeking a Regional Project Administrator to oversee project setup, execution, and closeout for our Data Center group. You will interact with customers, manage invoicing, and monitor costs under limited supervision to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and optional lean-improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
• Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lean improvements experience encouraged.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and parameters to accomplish goals.
• Connects with customers and representatives including building owners and contractors.
• Schedules and participates in internal project team meetings for information transfer.
• Validates cost to date and reconciles project data in the system.
• Manages invoicing process and coordinates with Shared Financial Services.
• Reviews billing backlog and communicates with Project Managers and clients to resolve obstacles.
• Shares project concerns with Project Manager and leaders.
