Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Regional Project Administrator for the Data Center group. Under limited supervision, you will set up and drive projects to completion, handling documentation, costing, invoicing and closeout with limited resources.

You will interact with project staff to ensure timely completion. You will communicate with customers and experts, schedule team meetings, and monitor progress to ensure project success while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3+ years related experience.
• Strong communication skills and proactive, able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review assigned projects, set schedules and procedures to reach goals.
• Coordinate with customers, building owners, contractors and field staff.
• Schedule internal project meetings and ensure accurate information transfer.
• Validate cost-to-date and reconcile project data in the business system.
• Manage invoicing process and coordinate formatting and mailing with Shared Financial Services.
• Review billing backlog and communicate with Project Managers, HVAC Technicians and customers to resolve obstacles.
• Share project concerns with Project Manager and leaders.
