Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Program Manager to support data center operations across the United States. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive operational improvements, and develop training for field teams, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and service delivery.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, IT, procurement, and operations, plus travel up to 50% and regular on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations, technical project management, program management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, critical infrastructure, service delivery, and maintenance processes.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programmes, operational procedures, and personnel qualification processes.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify performance issues, and develop recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional data center programs and coordinate across engineering, IT, procurement, and operations.
• Develop and implement operational improvements and best practices across multiple facilities.
• Create training, procedures, and qualification processes for field teams.
