Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commissioning Program Manager to lead commissioning across US data center developments, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. You will coordinate with general contractors, design teams, commissioning authorities, equipment vendors, and data center operations to ensure critical systems are installed, tested, and handed over in accordance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in data center commissioning or mission-critical environments.
• Experience overseeing commissioning across data center developments, expansions, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and BMS/EPMS systems.
• Experience with Level 3–5 commissioning, including UPS, generators, switchgear, STS/ATS, cooling systems.
• Ability to develop, review and implement commissioning plans, testing scripts, and scopes of work.
• Proven ability to coordinate GM/GCs, engineers, CxAs, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning from design/construction through testing and handover.
• Coordinate IST and commissioning documentation with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and implement commissioning standards and procedures.
• Lead multi-project teams and drive schedule progress and issue resolution.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and operational readiness of systems.
