Job summary

The Select Group is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager (RPM) to oversee large-scale data center infrastructure projects across the United States. The role is remote, with residents in the Central or Mountain time zones preferred, and involves coordinating with GCs, utility providers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of PM or Program Mgmt in construction.
• Experience with large-scale commercial construction, utility infrastructure, heavy civil, or power delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts.
• Experience with General Contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, and other external vendors.
• Contract management and procurement including COs, RFIs, and RFPs/bidding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with autonomous work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and construction projects across lifecycle—from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and risk strategies.
• Provide regional oversight of project priorities, aligning with long-term data center development.
• Manage large capital expenditure portfolios with budgets, schedules, safety and quality expectations.
• Drive accountability across project teams and lead cross-functional process improvements.
