Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years in operations management, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience staffing, budgeting, and regional training.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and performance coaching to regional operations teams.
• Oversee forecasting, OpEx/CapEx, and data center revenue reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and environment guidelines.
• Drive data governance, training programs, and cross-functional integration.
• Lead continuous improvement and define operation best practices.
