Job summary

CBRE seeks a Data Center Technical Manager to oversee mechanical operations, maintenance, and energy management for facilities and portfolios. You will lead cross-location teams, develop maintenance programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in Data Centers or Critical Facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CBRE Technical Managers to establish and sustain operational processes for each location.
• Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities; assist in operating and capital planning.
• Develop and maintain as-built drawings; drive new management contracts and renewals.
• Maintain communication with tenants, clients, and vendors; support incident response and client projects.
• Review and approve high risk emergency procedures; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Provide guidance on process standards globally; improve technical operational processes.
