Job summary

CBRE is seeking a proven leader to supervise and develop a dedicated team responsible for facilities and IT infrastructure operations. You will coordinate daily activities, manage work orders and PMs within SLAs, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

You will oversee installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and rigorous documentation practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant leadership in facilities/IT environments.
• Leadership: proven background in staffing, development, and performance management.
• Communication: exceptional ability to convey complex information and manage expectations.
• Problem-Solving: strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and performance evaluations.
• Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and timely completion of work orders and PMs within SLAs.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships and communicate with senior management on critical issues.
• Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions to standards.
• Quality & Standards: Verify data hall conditions, ensure deployments meet standards, and maintain documentation.
• Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, driving process improvements.
• Values Alignment: Lead by example following CBRE's RISE values.
