Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work related to construction/project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in critical data center operations.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple data centers within a region, ensuring 24/7 operational reliability.
• Develop and implement SOPs for cluster operations.
• Manage a team of data center facility managers, chief engineers, and technicians.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Monitor and optimize Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and other KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cluster operations.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
