Job summary

CyrusOne in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee daily data center operations and critical infrastructure, coordinating with on-site engineers and our third-party partner JLL to ensure standard adherence.

You will manage customer orders and build-outs regionally, drive incident resolution, and lead budgeting, capacity, and reporting efforts to guarantee reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years experience in managing and maintaining critical infrastructure, preferably in a data center environment.
• 10+ years supervisory or personnel management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations with on-site engineering teams.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs for the region.
• Coordinate with JLL management concerning staff actions, training and scheduling.
• Lead local incident management from inception to RCA documentation.
• Monitor capacity and reporting to ensure service levels meet customer needs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning for the region.
