Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee daily data center operations and critical infrastructure within the Wisconsin region. You will manage on-site and external resources, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction across all customer orders and build-outs.

You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with JLL, and drive maintenance, capacity, and reporting while maintaining CyrusOne procedures and standards. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with JLL on staffing, training, and performance.
• Manage asset tracking and reporting for customers.
• Lead incident management and RCA documentation.
• Support customer orders and builds, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Prepare year-end reports with finance and EH&S.
