Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee facility environments, systems and personnel. You will guide administrative functions, ensure reliable operation, and uphold high availability for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance programs, coordinating with security and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with SLAs while managing vendor relations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with electrical and mechanical equipment operations and maintenance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Experience with building automation, monitoring and control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of cooling and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Security Manager for access control and security issues.
• Develop and document operational standards and maintenance schedules.
• Manage sub-contractor relationships for facility upkeep and services.
• Participate in 24x7x365 rotation and ensure SLA adherence.
