Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Senior Facility Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily data center operations and critical infrastructure. You will coordinate with on-site engineers, manage the third‑party facility management provider (JLL), and ensure service delivery meets CyrusOne standards and customer expectations.

You will lead incident response, budgeting, reporting, and build-outs within your region, while guiding staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with SOX and internal

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in managing and maintaining critical infrastructure.
• 10+ years supervisory or personnel management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of people within the organization.
• Ability to direct and manage work groups.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to adjust hours as required, including on-site extended hours during emergencies such as hurricane.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of data centers and associated critical infrastructure, coordinating with on-site engineering teams.
• Manage the relationship with the third-party facility management provider (JLL) within the region to ensure operations meet CyrusOne procedures and standards.
• Lead implementation for customer orders and build-outs within the region.
• Coordinate with JLL for staff development, training, and performance actions.
• Lead incident management from inception through RCA documentation and resolution.
• Maintain capacity reporting and project cost controls; track assets and reporting for customers and internal teams.
• Support sales in placing new customer orders and act as the local point of contact for customer issues.
• Review customer contracts and represent CyrusOne in audits and required documentation.
• Manage monthly reporting, compliance activities, and SOX-related duties.
• Develop CAPEX plans and manage regional OPEX.
