Network Connex is seeking a Director of Business Development for the North Central Region to drive revenue growth across Data Center, Low Voltage, Fiber Infrastructure, and Mission Critical markets in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Iowa. You will partner with Global Account Leaders, Operations, Engineering, and executives to expand customer ecosystems and execute the company’s sales strategy.

The role requires five+ years in data center or related markets, strong relationship and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting Data Center, Hyperscale, AI, Cloud, Telecommunications, Fiber Infrastructure, or Mission Critical markets.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic account management, or sales leadership.
• Existing industry relationships within the Data Center ecosystem strongly preferred.
• Technical certifications, industry accreditations, or sales certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the North Central Region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Data Center, Hyperscale, AI, Cloud, Colocation, and Mission Critical customers.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with General Contractors, Technology Integrators, VARs, Electrical Contractors, and other service providers.
• Drive enterprise sales growth across new and existing accounts while maximizing cross-selling opportunities across all Network Connex business lines.
• Work with internal leadership teams to identify target markets, strategic accounts, and high-growth opportunities.
• Support customer acquisition strategies and account penetration efforts.
