• 10+ years in construction management, data centers, or cabling.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and budget.
• Contract negotiation and administration experience.
• Experience building, developing and leading teams; mentoring staff.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class Region with scalable operational metrics.
• Communicate region status and risks to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with design, construction, network, and facilities partners.
• Ensure safety plans and quality standards across delivery.
• Manage autonomous regional operations team and data center uptime.
• Develop improvement projects and monitor KPIs.
• Champion global best practices and SOPs.
