CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Deployment Regional Manager - Tiger Team to oversee multiple data center builds in your region. You will lead regional teams, own action plans, and collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, and Operations to meet aggressive deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Excellent teamwork and vendor liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy data center sites across your region from kickoff to delivery.
• Lead regional Tiger Team Build Leads and technicians.
• Coordinate with Project/Program Management and Procurement.
• Maintain site trackers and weekly updates.
• Travel up to 40% to regional sites.
• Ensure safety compliance and site standards.
• Attend capacity and build sync meetings.
