Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to support nationwide data center expansion across the U.S. and Canada. This 100% on-site role requires up to 60% travel and will involve hardware and network diagnostics, documentation, and on-site training of internal teams.

You will lead infrastructure delivery, participate in QA/QC processes, and collaborate with network engineers and project managers to ensure availability and reliability aligned with service levels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation.
• Effective communicator collaborating with network engineers and project managers.
• Excellent time management and ownership to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to data centers to build/deploy sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware/software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Conduct on-site audits per QA/QC process.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools/scripts to update server/network hardware.
• Maintain test equipment and tools.
