Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to expand our data centers across the U.S. and Canada. This 100% onsite role requires frequent travel and hands-on hardware, network diagnostics, and on-site QA/QC audits to ensure availability and reliability.

You will train on-site teams, develop tools, and collaborate with network engineers and project managers to meet demanding SLAs in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong cable management and hardware orientation.
• Effective communicator with network engineers and project managers.
• Strong time management and ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to data centers to build and deploy sites.
• Document and implement a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams on-site.
• Conduct on-site QA/QC audits.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
