CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to support the expansion of our data centers across the U.S. and Canada. This 100% onsite role at a West Coast data center requires up to 60% travel and hands-on hardware and network diagnostics.

You will deploy infrastructure, train on-site teams, troubleshoot issues, and develop tools to update server hardware. Proficiency with Linux, hardware assembly, and documentation is essential, along with the

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation.
• Excellent communicator who collaborates with network engineers and project managers.
• Ability to manage time and own projects to meet deadlines.
• Flexible, able to travel and work 24/7 operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide travel to data centers to build and deploy sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Perform on-site QA/QC audits.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain test and tools equipment.
• Support ongoing projects.
