Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to support data center expansion across the U.S. and Canada. This 100% onsite role (West Coast data centers) involves infrastructure delivery, on-site training, and hardware/network diagnostics.

Travel up to 60% is required, with a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 and a discretionary bonus plus equity. You will build and deploy sites, document standards, troubleshoot, perform root-cause analyses, and train teams while ensuring service levels

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware assembly and repair.
• Proficiency with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong cable management and hardware orientation.
• Effective communicator collaborating with network engineers and project managers.
• Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to build and deploy new and ongoing sites.
• Document and implement a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Conduct on-site QA/QC audits across locations.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain and service test and tools equipment.
• Support project follow-up and handoffs.
