Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI™, is seeking a Technical Deployment Regional Manager to oversee multiple data center builds in your region. You will lead regional Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians, coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, and Regional Data Center Operations to meet aggressive customer deadlines.

You will travel up to 40% of the year, drive action plans, ensure site safety, maintain build documentation, and foster strong vendor relationships while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of data center topology, deployment and operations.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and overheads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional data center builds from kickoff to delivery.
• Lead Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians in your region.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Program Management and Procurement.
• Sync daily with on-site leads to remove blockers and accelerate progress.
• Set weekly goals and action plans for Build Leads.
• Manage regional build communications and status updates.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with Procurement and Inventory.
• Assess staffing weekly and adjust headcount accordingly.
• Travel to sites up to 40% to provide hands-on support.
• Maintain data center standards and site-specific build documentation.
• Cultivate vendor and colocation partner relationships.
• Formulate efficiency strategies and report progress to stakeholders.
