Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a regional Data Center Build Lead to manage site deployments across your region, from kickoff through delivery. You will work with Project Management, Regional Data Center Managers, and Build Leads to keep builds on schedule and within budget.

You will travel to sites up to 40% of the year, coordinate vendor relationships, and enforce data center standards, while reporting progress to stakeholders and HR as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of data center topology, deployment and operations.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and to work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage data center site builds across your region from kickoff to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with Project/Program Management and regional Data Center Managers.
• Coordinate with Build Leads and procurement to ensure on-time delivery of gear and BOM accuracy.
• Lead weekly meetings, set plans and contingency actions for evolving site conditions.
• Travel to sites to provide hands-on support and make on-site decisions.
