Job summary

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled Regional Construction Manager to own portfolio-level construction delivery across 3–5 concurrent data center sites, sitting between site teams and the Director, Construction Delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management experience, with fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and high-density fit-out trades.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center or large-scale industrial construction management.
• Experience managing landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvements.
• Fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing and fit-out trades for high-density compute.
• Track record managing GC and trade partners across multiple sites.
• Strong schedule and cost tracking, with limited project controls function.
• Able to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management of 3–5 concurrent data center sites.
• Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out on schedule and budget.
• Escalate schedule, cost, and quality risks; partner on program tracking.
• Coordinate with Construction EHS on safety program execution.
• Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce gates.
• Manage turnover to commissioning and integrated systems test.
• Represent construction in landlord/lease terms and escalation of issues.
• Report portfolio status, risk, and resourcing needs to the Director.
