Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks a Director, Construction Management to lead the Platform Delivery construction program. You will oversee regional teams, shape policies, and partner with design, engineering and operations to deliver large-scale data center builds.

The role requires 12+ years of construction management experience, a strong track record with data centers, and proven ability to mentor staff, manage budgets, and align projects with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years progressive experience in managing commercial construction projects with data center experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and regional programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of construction management projects and lead a regional team.
• Drive projects from inception through turnover with focus on preconstruction, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Develop and implement construction management policies, procedures, tools and best practices.
• Manage budgets and cost data; oversee vendor relationships and contract administration.
