Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking a Regional Construction Manager to provide regional leadership and oversight for construction activities across its data center and mission-critical project portfolio. You will serve as the primary regional contact for execution, schedule performance, quality assurance, field operations, subcontractor coordination, and risk management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or project leadership.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects and field teams.
• Data center/mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Office and PM/document control tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional construction activities across data center projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, milestones, quality, safety, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Lead safety programs and manage field personnel.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout materials.
• Travel 50-75% and communicate status to stakeholders.
