Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks a Director, Construction Management to lead multiple regional centers from preconstruction through turnover. You will oversee 2-8 direct reports and partner with Design Management to ensure performance certainty on all projects.

You will develop and implement best practices, training and governance across regions while managing stakeholders and vendor relationships to deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive construction project experience with data center exposure.
• Experience leading large cross-functional construction teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day construction management operations for regional projects.
• Lead a team of 2-8 direct reports and collaborate with regional design management.
• Drive preconstruction, construction, commissioning and turnover phases to successful delivery.
• Develop policies, procedures and tools to standardize practices across regions.
