Job summary

Optiv seeks a Regional Director to lead a security sales team across the South Atlantic, driving multi-year engagements in hardware, software, services and financing. You will build a large pipeline and deliver timely forecasts to meet targets, aligning with Optiv's sales framework.

The ideal candidate will recruit, coach and develop top sales talent, cultivate executive client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading security technology and services sales teams for 5–10+ years.
• Strong ability to build and manage large pipelines and multi-year engagements.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 accounts with complex solutions.
• Executive presence and proven ability to influence buying decisions at C-level.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC and Force Management methodologies.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth through complex security solutions and financing options.
