Responsibilities

• Transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in the system.
• Follow-up on inquiries until resolved.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Flag trends to supervisor and suggest improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
