Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–6 years of experience with Hamilton Medical products and processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process incoming customer purchase orders and issue confirmations.
• Ensure shipping addresses and pricing are correct; contact customers on discrepancies.
• Update the CRM with customer interactions and billing details.
• Support service department billing and related inventory transactions.
