Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking, including customer transactions and need-based guidance.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and account maintenance issues.
• Guide customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking to enhance convenience.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
