Job summary

Huntington Bank is hiring an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) to support multiple branch locations within its region. You will assist customers with transactions, educate on banking products, and help colleagues across branches to maintain consistent service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and branch banking exposure.
• Cash handling and daily balancing duties.
• Knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across branches with customer transactions and service needs.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans, and banking products; refer when appropriate.
• Assist customers with bank technology (online, mobile, ATMs) and resolve issues.
