Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist to support multiple branches in a region. You will act as a financial concierge, helping customers meet goals by recommending deposits, loans and other products, while processing transactions accurately and educating customers on banking technology.

You will travel between local branches, provide staffing coverage, and partner with leadership to coach and develop colleagues across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• NMLS licensing available as part of career development.
• Notary licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including transactions and advising customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and provide support for service or account maintenance.
• Strong comfort level with technology and educating customers on online, mobile and ATM banking.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Be dependable and able to travel to multiple branch locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
