Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) to provide best-in-class service to customers and partners across branches. You will support locations within a region, travel between branches, and adapt to daily changes while upholding cash controls and policy.

The ACES will educate customers on deposits, loans and banking technology, build relationships, and help teammates deliver consistent experiences across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NMLS licensing available as part of career development.
• Notary licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking, serving customers and identifying opportunities.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and banking services.
• Educate on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Travel to multiple branch locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
