Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to shape the regional service strategy and drive end-to-end execution. You will report to the Director Customer Experience Program Management and lead the West Region, coordinating with Finance, IT, Contracts, and regional leaders to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ experience leading teams and accountable operations.
• 5+ years using business and financial acumen (orders, revenue, margin, forecasting, cash).
• 5+ years leading cross-functional operating rhythms and resolving barriers.
• 5+ years using service operations processes, systems, data, tools, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Operations organization and accountable regional results.
• Operate as a key member of the regional Services leadership team.
• Deliver region's Annual Operating Plan with leadership and finance.
• Oversee SPOT and Service Projects; quality and governance of bookings, billing and closure.
