You will report to the Director Customer Experience Program Management and partner with regional leaders to deliver end-to-end service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading people and building high‑performing teams.
• 5+ years with orders, revenue, margin, forecasting, productivity, cash, and working capital.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional operating rhythms and removing execution barriers.
• 5+ years using service operations processes, systems, data, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Operations organization and regional Services leadership.
• Drive regional operating rhythms and Annual Operating Plan delivery.
• Partner with Regional General Manager and Regional Finance Leader to execute strategic plans.
• Oversee Service Contracts, SPOT, and Service Projects with accountability for outcomes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across regional operations.
