Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a regional Customer Executive to manage customers like Hy-Vee and Strack & Van Til. You will execute annual and trimester plans, develop leadership relationships, and communicate customer plans and results to internal teams.

Collaborate with Sales Planning, Category Management, and Insights to drive Volume, Sales, Profit and Share while ensuring execution excellence with Operations and Logistics. Travel >50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 5+ years consumer product account experience.
• Direct customer leadership experience, preferably with Hy-Vee.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and influence others.
• Strong organizational, analytical and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Margin Minder and MS Office.
• Travel required: >50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with key decision makers at customers to grow BBU Brand Share.
• Identify growth opportunities via data and collaborate with customers on action plans.
• Cultivate mid-level relationships with store operations to advance brand initiatives.
• Share category consumer insights with key decision makers to drive growth.
• Communicate customer plans and results internally and externally.
• Obtain display authorization and secondary display support for new products and programs.
• Monitor competitor activity and market intelligence to inform strategy.
