Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Manager, Retail Sales Insights & Analytics to lead the development of actionable business insights across key retail customers. The role manages the Retail Sales Insights Analyst function and partners with Customer Vice Presidents, Sales Executives, Category Leadership, and senior commercial leadership to shape strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in CPG analytics, category management, sales strategy, customer insights, or commercial analytics.
• Experience supporting major retail customers and customer-facing sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of retailer sales data, syndicated data, and customer planning processes.
• Experience working with Circana, NielsenIQ, retailer POS data, or equivalent sources.
• Ability to connect multiple data sources into meaningful business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Sales Analysts and develop capabilities.
• Set priorities, workload, and development plans for team.
• Partner with Customer Sales Leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Translate data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive-level insights reports and strategic business reviews.
• Influence customer strategy through data-driven storytelling.
