Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a regional Customer Executive to manage Hy-Vee and Strack & Van Til accounts, driving annual and trimester plans, and building leadership relationships across store operations to advance brand initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of consumer product account experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/Word, and willingness to travel more than 50%. Comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
5+ years' consumer product account experience.
Direct customer leadership experience, preferably Hy-Vee.
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Margin Minder knowledge a plus.
Travel is required: >50%.

Responsibilities

Establish trusted partnerships with key decision makers to advance BBU Brand Share.
Identify growth opportunities via internal/external data and develop action plans.
Maintain relationships with store operations to grow brand share.
Communicate customer plans and results internally and externally.
Ensure executional excellence with sales planning, category management and insights teams.
