Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a Senior Customer Executive for the Southeast & South ISB to drive profitable growth across the In-Store Bakery portfolio. You will partner with Customer Executives to convert opportunities into executable plans, manage launches, distribution, and ongoing growth.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, Marketing, Customer Planning, Operations, and broker teams to deliver successful execution and sustained

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of sales, customer management, commercialization, or category management experience in CPG or grocery retail.
• Experience with grocery retailers, distributors, brokers, or cross-functional customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Executives to evaluate and execute growth opportunities.
• Lead internal commercialization from opportunity ID through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Develop selling materials, decks, and business reviews with Customer Executives.
• Manage distributor relationships, growth plans, and execution follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution.
