Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Customer Executive to lead strategic and tactical planning with Customer Planning Managers. You will manage relationships with key Small Format customers to grow sales and achieve category objectives, communicating plans and results across teams.

Travel >50% is required for on-site leadership and execution. The role emphasizes partnership with internal teams to drive volume, profit, and market share, and requires strong communication and analytical skills, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field is required.
5+ years of consumer product account experience in small format channel.
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills; proficient with Margin Minder; travel >50%.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with Small Format customers at the buyer level to drive sales growth.
Communicate customer plans and results internally and externally.
Identify growth opportunities from internal and external data and partner with customers on action plans.
Secure display authorizations and support for new product launches and seasonal programs.
