Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Bentonville, AR is hiring a Senior Customer Executive to lead the Bakery and Refrigerated warehouse team for our largest national customer. You will build strong partnerships, translate insights into action plans, and drive profitable growth.

Ideal candidates are proactive, data-driven, and capable of influencing cross-functional partners including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, expanding, and growing strategic accounts and customer relationships in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, trade, and customer financials with a focus on profitable growth.
• Strong analytical skills using syndicated data, category insights, customer performance trends, and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong, mutually beneficial customer partnerships with key influencers across multiple levels.
• Develops and executes insight-led customer strategies driving profitable growth using category insights and shopper data.
• Builds and implements promotional plans to maximize trade investment and support new product priorities.
• Monitors sales, forecast accuracy, and plan performance; identifies risks and opportunities and acts.
• Collaborates with supply chain, marketing, and planning teams to execute customer priorities.
