Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Track candidate progress in ATS and maintain records
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives
• Generate HR reports and assist with compliance and recordkeeping
