bioMérieux is seeking a Lead, Contracting Excellence to provide regional leadership for a team handling quoting, contracting, order management, and invoicing. You will direct daily operations, ensure compliance, and partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes KPIs, escalation management, and development of staff across contract administration and revenue processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) years of experience in contract administration, commercial operations, sales support, quoting, or pricing.
• Advanced knowledge of contract administration, quoting, pricing strategy, revenue recognition processes, and order-to-cash operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop employees while driving accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Contracting Excellence Specialists (4–6 direct reports).
• Oversee quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue-recognition activities.
• Monitor KPIs, workload, and service levels; ensure audit-ready records and compliance.
• Escalate complex issues and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners.
• Provide training, coaching, and development; manage payroll and timekeeping for team.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities and SOP upkeep.
