Job summary

Qnity seeks a Regional Contract Manufacturing Excellence Lead to establish and sustain standards across Contract Manufacturing, spanning make-vs-buy decisions, partner qualification, performance management, change and governance. You will drive KPI frameworks, training, and capability across a global partner network.

Based in the Americas or Asia Pacific with 20–30% travel, you will partner with Legal, EHS, Procurement, and IT to ensure compliance and continuous improvement while leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
• Strong data and analytical capabilities; experience with Power BI and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain assigned standards within the Contract Manufacturing Standard Process Guide, including forms, templates, and evidence requirements.
• Develop and maintain expertise across the eight domains of the contract manufacturing lifecycle.
• Maintain methodologies for partner risk and equipment assessments (HR, confidentiality, supply continuity, cybersecurity, financial health).
• Partner with Legal, EHS, and Procurement to ensure agreement templates and contracting practices align with standards.
• Manage version control, communication, and training for standards and revisions.
• Conduct due-date and evidence audits; escalate gaps to the appropriate business owner.
• Audit contract manufacturing processes and serve as CoE interface with Quality, EHS, Regulatory, ESG, and IT on compliance.
• Lead make-vs-buy analyses and maintain KPI framework and reporting.
• Maintain partner capability database; inform network strategy.
• Develop and deliver training and certification pathways for assigned standards.
• Serve as CoE contact within the region for complex partner setups and technology transfer.
• Facilitate readiness gates for new suppliers and activities.
• Support CoE Leader with escalations and governance.
• Co-lead a community of practice for contract manufacturing managers.
