Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Lead, Contracting Excellence in Utah to oversee a regional team of specialists. The role requires advanced knowledge of contracting, quoting, and revenue processes, with accountability for performance, workload, quality, and compliance.

The position partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve escalations, drive process improvements, and ensure a high-quality customer and sales experience. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Four years of experience in contract administration, commercial operations, sales support, quoting, or pricing.
Advanced knowledge of contract administration, quoting, pricing strategy, revenue recognition processes, and order-to-cash operations.
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop employees while driving accountability and results.

Responsibilities

Lead regional team of Contracting Excellence Specialists (4–6 employees).
Oversee quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue-recognition activities.
Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to service levels and SOPs.
Escalate complex quotes, contracts, or pricing issues and drive resolution.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to improve processes and controls.
