Job summary

bioMérieux in Utah seeks a Lead, Contracting Excellence to oversee a regional team of 4–6 specialists, accountable for daily performance, workload, quality, and policy adherence.

The role requires deep knowledge of quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue processes, acting as escalation point and partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and others to drive improvements and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years in contract administration, commercial operations, sales support, quoting, or pricing.
• Advanced knowledge of contract administration, quoting, pricing strategy, and order-to-cash operations.
• Experience coaching and developing employees while driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop approximately 4 to 6 employees.
• Oversee regional quoting, contracting, order management, installation, invoicing, and revenue-recognition activities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in team output.
• Escalate complex issues and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve them.
