bioMérieux in Utah is seeking a Lead, Contracting Excellence to oversee a regional team of specialists and ensure top-tier quoting, contracting, and revenue processes. You will drive performance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of contract administration, CPQ, and SAP, with a focus on escalations, risk management, and continuous improvement. Domestic travel is possible as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) years of experience in contract administration, commercial operations, sales support, quoting, or pricing.
• Advanced knowledge of contract administration, quoting, pricing strategy, revenue recognition processes, and order-to-cash operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, make independent decisions, and resolve complex business issues.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs, metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop employees while driving accountability and results.

Mansioni

• Lead regional team of Contracting Excellence Specialists and oversee daily performance, workload, and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee quoting, contracting, order management, installation, invoicing, and revenue recognition activities.
• Monitor CPQ and queues to ensure work is assigned and completed per service levels.
• Escalate complex issues, provide quality control and risk mitigation.
• Develop KPIs, report performance, and drive process improvements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to resolve escalations.
• Support audits and maintain SOPs and training materials.
