bioMérieux seeks a Lead, Contracting Excellence in Utah to oversee a regional team and ensure accurate quoting, contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition. You will manage workload, coach staff, and align with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve high-risk issues and improve processes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, ensure compliant contracts, and deliver a strong customer experience. Prior experience in contract operations is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years in contract administration, commercial ops, or pricing.
• Advanced knowledge of quoting, pricing, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop employees and manage escalations.

• Lead and develop a regional team of Contracting Excellence Specialists.
• Oversee quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor KPIs, workload, and compliance; drive process improvements.

• Ensure accurate contract entry and consistency across systems.
