bioMérieux in Utah is seeking a Lead, Contracting Excellence to provide direct leadership for a regional team and oversee quoting, contracting, and revenue processes. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while driving process improvements and risk mitigation.

The role requires advanced knowledge of contracting operations, strong coaching abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of contract administration, commercial operations, sales support, quoting, or pricing.
• Advanced knowledge of contract administration, quoting, pricing strategy, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash.
• Ability to coach and develop employees while driving accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional team and oversee quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue processes.
• Escalate complex or high-risk transactions and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Oversee performance through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for team members and conduct performance reviews.
