Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director of Americas Regional Construction Delivery to lead capital project execution across North America and LATAM. You will oversee a team of senior directors and managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple metropolitan hubs.

The role requires deep experience in regional real estate programs, early-stage estimating, and cross-functional alignment with FM and operations. On-site work in Jersey City and other markets is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of regional leadership in commercial real estate program management.
• Experience directing multi-market regional teams (US/Canada/LATAM) with spend >$100M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Deep expertise in early-stage estimating, lease work-letter negotiations, TI structuring, and pre-funding scope framing.
• Ability to align capital delivery with Facilities Management and Technical Operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management platforms (e-Builder, Procore, AdaptiveWork, TM1, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance over all commercial capital projects across North America and LATAM.
• Partner early with client real estate leads, design managers, and workplace strategists in conceptual phases for cost estimates and design baselines.
• Collaborate with client real estate transaction managers during site evaluation and due diligence for TI structuring.
• Manage regional capital outlay forecasting and multi-year cash flow with finance teams.
• Oversee LATAM operations in Sao Paulo and Mexico City, navigating compliance and cross-border issues.
• Drive unified service delivery with FM, Technical Services, and Workplace Experience teams.
• Act as regional point of contact for executive leadership and quarterly portfolio reviews.
